Job summary

Randstad Digital requires an experienced ICT Project Manager to deliver an Identity and Access Management system for a government agency. The role involves leading a hybrid team, coordinating resources, and ensuring secure, auditable access across core systems.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years delivering ICT projects with identity/access management or security focus, strong stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills to interact with diverse seniority levels.

Qualifications

• 5 years+ experience delivering ICT projects, with identity/access management or security focus
• Ability to lead small teams, provide direction, coaching and oversight
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with influence across diverse stakeholders
• Strong risk management, budgeting and delivery to scope and quality

Responsibilities

• Deliver an enterprise Identity and Access Management system with integrated auth and secure access to agency systems
• Manage allocated project resources to meet deliverables on time, within budget and quality
• Lead agile ceremonies and meetings, identify and resolve impediments, mitigate risks
• Cultivate relationships with business partners and government representatives to ensure alignment

Responsibilities:

• Delivering an enterprise Identity and Access Management System that provides integrated authentication and authorisation capability, enabling secure, consistent and auditable access to agency systems and services.
• Managing allocated program/project resources to execute deliverables on time, within budget and to a high quality against scope.
• Leading agile ceremonies/team meetings effectively identifying and resolving issues, helping to remove impediments, and effectively mitigating and managing risk within agreed tolerances.
• Cultivating and maintaining strategic professional relationships with business and, potentially, vendor partners and representatives from other government agencies.

Skills required:

• 5 years' experience managing ICT projects to deliver to time, cost, quality and scope, preferably including delivery of enterprise identity, access management, security or shared platform capabilities.
• Ability to foster team culture and lead small teams, including providing clear direction, effectively oversighting tasks and coaching to build high performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with influence, effectively interpret and synthesise technical information, and interact with people with diverse backgrounds and levels of seniority.
• Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strategic relationships and manage expectations across varied stakeholder groups.
• Ability to conduct critical analysis and use available information and professional judgement to solve complex problems and implement pragmatic solutions.
