Job summary

Talent Corp in Melbourne, Australia is seeking a Change Analyst to support a major technology transformation for a government client. The role focuses on planning and delivering change activities across multiple program streams.

You will conduct change impact assessments, identify stakeholder readiness, risks and challenges, and develop communications, engagement materials, and training resources to enable adoption of new processes and technologies, coordinating workshops across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Change Analyst.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies (Prosci/ADKAR).
• Strong written communication and content development skills.
• Proven stakeholder engagement across organizational levels.
• Relevant qualifications or certification in change management or related field.

Key Skills and Experience

• 3+ years experience working as a Change Analyst
• Practical knowledge of change management methodologies, ideally Prosci or ADKAR.
• Strong written communication skills and experience developing content for diverse audiences.
• Proven stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills across multiple organisational levels.
• Relevant qualifications or certification in change management, human resources or a related discipline.
