Job summary

Profectus is seeking an experienced Change Analyst to support a regulatory reform program for an Australian Government agency. The role focuses on UAT, Go Live activities and stakeholder communications across agile delivery teams.

You will prepare materials, run surveys, track change progress and present findings to leadership, ensuring alignment with standards and WHS requirements. A tertiary qualification and relevant change management knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Up to three years experience in change management or a closely related discipline.
• Hands on experience working within a complex program of work.
• Experience in agile environments, including support for User Acceptance Testing, technology Go Live and customer service projects.
• Strong verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to produce clear and concise documentation and reporting.
• Skilled in data analysis and presentation of findings.
• Self motivated, with a willingness to learn and a practical approach to delivery.
• Experience working within a complex program in an Australian Government agency.
• Prosci or ADKAR change management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support development and delivery of communications, surveys and supporting change material.
• Support stakeholder engagement activities, including collection and analysis of feedback.
• Support business readiness, User Acceptance Testing and Go Live activities for new technology solutions.
• Monitor and report on tactical change progress, identifying risks and escalating issues.
• Work with project teams, business analysts and subject matter experts to integrate change activities into agile delivery workflows.
• Support resistance management by addressing stakeholder concerns with practical solutions.
• Prepare clear and concise documentation, reporting and presentation material for diverse audiences.
• Analyse change and adoption data and present findings to program leadership.
• Ensure change activities align with organisational standards, policies and WHS requirements.

The role sits within a program delivering new processes, tools and technology to administer significant legislative change. The work centres on supporting User Acceptance Testing and Go Live activities with business stakeholders, including preparing communications and supporting material, running surveys and feedback activities, tracking change progress and working with delivery teams to build change activity into agile workflows.

• Hybrid, Canberra (preferred)
• Candidates in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane will also be considered.
