Job summary

Randstad Digital is seeking a pragmatic Business Analyst to capture and document requirements, facilitate workshops, define acceptance criteria, and support testing and validation activities. This Canberra-based role may consider applicants in other states, with Australian citizenship and baseline clearance.

The incumbent will work in an Agile environment, collaborating across teams and leveraging Jira/Confluence/Visio to deliver fit-for-purpose outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering and documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
• Proven ability to facilitate stakeholder workshops and capture needs.
• Experience defining acceptance criteria and supporting testing activities.
• Ability to produce high-quality data and process flow documentation.
• Experience reviewing designs for alignment with requirements.

• Proficiency in business analysis and productivity tools, including JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
