Job summary

Randstad Digital is seeking a Change Management Lead for a Canberra-based 12-month contract with potential extension. You will deliver change management programs in IT projects, engage stakeholders, and ensure training and adoption align with business goals.

Applicants should have experience with ADKAR or Prosci, strong communication, and the ability to manage timelines and budgets. Australian Citizens and baseline clearance are required; other states may be considered.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing programs and associated change within software development or IT projects, including planning, executing, and evaluating change management activities.
• Familiarity with established change management methodologies such as ADKAR or Prosci.
• Excellent time management, planning and organisation skills to effectively manage tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Delivering change management and program outcomes on schedule, within budget and aligned with organisational goals and objectives.
• Effectively engaging with stakeholders to conduct and deliver detailed and accurate change impact assessments.
• Identifying and mitigating resistance to change using proactive strategies and interventions.
• Understanding and reporting on change impact as well as identifying overlapping areas and gaps, continuous improvement plans and strategies.
