Job summary

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of change activities across multiple program streams.
• Conduct change impact assessments and identify stakeholder readiness, risks and challenges.
• Develop clear communications, engagement materials and supporting change artefacts.
• Create training materials and resources to support the adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Coordinate workshops, meetings and stakeholder engagement activities across the organisation.

Key Skills and Experience

• 3+ years experience working as a Change Analyst
• Practical knowledge of change management methodologies, ideally Prosci or ADKAR.
• Strong written communication skills and experience developing content for diverse audiences.
• Proven stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills across multiple organisational levels.
• Relevant qualifications or certification in change management, human resources or a related discipline.
