Job summary

Capital Talent Consulting is seeking a Change Analyst to support the adoption of a new enterprise service for CRM and case management in a Queensland Government program. You will collaborate with the Product Owner, Project Manager and business stakeholders to assess impacts, support readiness and deliver practical change, communication and learning activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in organisational change, communications or business readiness within a project or program environment.
• Experience supporting change initiatives involving digital, ICT or enterprise systems.
• Experience conducting change impact assessments and engaging stakeholders through transition.
• Experience in government or large complex organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to design and deliver multi-channel communications plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and document detailed change impact assessments across impacted areas, roles, processes, systems and behaviours.
• Identify change risks, dependencies and mitigation actions for change planning and sequencing.
• Support development, maintenance and reporting of business readiness assessments.
• Meet regularly with stakeholders to understand concerns and needs.
• Contribute to transition planning including cutover, go-live, hypercare and early-life support.
• Support Product Owner and Project Manager to develop and implement change plans.
• Develop and maintain change artefacts.
• Monitor and report progress, readiness, issues, risks and adoption.
• Plan and facilitate workshops, briefings and engagement activities.
• Develop and deliver broad communications across multiple channels.
