Job summary

HR Partners in Brisbane is seeking a proactive change management specialist to support capability uplift initiatives across the organisation. You will assess impacts, develop engaging communications and training, facilitate interactive workshops, and guide teams through adoption of new processes.

Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, identify change risks, design mitigation plans, coordinate readiness activities, and contribute to post-implementation reviews to refine change tools and methods.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to design, manage, and execute tailored change activities, communications, training content, and change impact assessments.
• Conduct detailed research and analysis of stakeholder needs, presenting clear findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Liaise across the business to build stakeholder networks and guide strategic change decisions while supporting a network of change champions.
• Organise workshops, coordinate end-user training, and support business readiness assessments, cutover preparation, and hypercare planning.
• Proactively identify change risks, develop mitigation strategies, and participate in post-implementation reviews to refine change management tools and processes.
