Job summary

Children First Early Education Cranbrook is inviting energetic educators to join our casual pool. You will assist in leading a classroom, engage with children and families, and support a warm, inclusive learning environment.

We expect Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services, knowledge of EYLF and NQS, and the ability to contribute to program planning and reflective practice. We offer flexible casual shifts, development opportunities, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Certificate III, Diploma or higher in Children's Services (ACECQA approved).
• Experience in an early childhood setting.
• Current Blue Card and first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
• Understanding of EYLF and NQF.
• Ability to lead a classroom and write educational programs.
• Ability to build relationships with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading a classroom and engage with children, families, and the community.

About your new role:

• Your passion and enthusiasm will see you assist in leading a classroom by effectively engaging with children, families, Educators, and the wider community.
• You will have a sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.
• You will work at all times in compliance with Government regulations and centre policies and procedures to meet our high-quality standards.
• You will network with relevant stakeholders in the local community.
• You will have confidencein building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
• You will have the ability to contribute to the documentation of the children's skills andinterests,and include a clear cycle of reflective practice.

About you

• Certificate III, or Diploma or higher qualification in Children's Services as approved by ACECQA.
