Job summary

Grow Early Education Kelso is seeking Certificate III and Diploma Educators to join our team in a casual capacity, with 3-5 shifts per week and flexible hours.

You will support a classroom by engaging with children, families and colleagues to implement the educational program and experiences that meet each child's needs, while upholding health, safety and centre policies.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Experience in an early childhood setting (preferred).
• Current first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of VEYLDF and NQF.

Your passion and enthusiasm will see you assisting a classroom by engaging with educators, families, children and the wider community to implement the educational program and experiences to meet the individual needs of the children. The ideal candidate would be available to work 3-5 shifts per week, any hours.

Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations.

About you

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQA

Experience in an early childhood setting (preferred)
