Job summary

Grow Early Education Toowoomba is seeking passionate Certificate III or Diploma casual Educators to join our casual pool. You will assist in leading a classroom, engage with children and families, and help deliver the educational program in line with EYLF.

You will work to centre policies, build strong relationships, and participate in reflective practice and ongoing professional development. There is potential to convert to permanent when a new position is approved.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood (ACEQA approved) or actively studying towards.
• Blue Card, approved First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualifications required.
• Experience in an early childhood setting.
• Solid understanding of the EYLF and NQS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a classroom by engaging with children, families, educators and the wider community.
• Implement the educational program and experiences to meet individual needs.
• Comply with Government regulations and centre policies to meet high-quality standards.
• Build strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
• Contribute to documenting children's skills and interests with reflective practice.

We are seeking some passionate Certificate III or Diploma casuals to join our Casual pool for our Grow Early Education Toowoomba centre!

The successful candidates will be actively engaged in educating and caring for children under five years of age, and effectively communicating and developing relationships with children, families and Educators. We are seeking Educators who have a strong passion for the Early Childhood industry, and who are looking to be part of a team where your voice is heard, input is encouraged, and commitment is rewarded.

Only Casual positions available, but with potential to convert to Permanent once a new position gets approved.

About your new role:

Your passion and enthusiasm will see you assist in leading a classroom by effectively engaging with children, families, Educators, and the wider community.

You will implement the educational program and experiences to meet the individual needs of our children.

You will have a strongknowledge of the EYLF and NQS.

You will work at all times in compliance with Government regulations and centre policies and procedures to meet our high-quality standards.

You will have confidencein building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.

You will have the ability to contribute to the documentation of the children's skills andinterests,and include a clear cycle of reflective practice.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• Diploma qualification in Early Childhood as approved by ACECQA (or be actively studying towards).
• Current blue card, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
• Experience in an early childhood setting.
• A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
• Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
