• 1+ years’ experience in property operations including exposure to new product analysis, statutory reporting.
• Sound technical building operations legislative and management skills.

• Communicates courteously and proactively, learns customers short and long-term needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contractors, inspections and day-to-day operational requirements.
• Coordinate tenancy and capital works by acting as centre contact and reporting progress to the Operations Manager.
• Support safety, WHS requirements, risk inspections and regulatory obligations.
• Track operational and capital expenditure; raise purchase orders and assist with budgets.
• Respond to retailer and customer needs; support operational and sustainability initiatives.
