G8 Education's Melton Early Learning Centre is seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead our 90-place childcare centre. You will drive excellence in operations, care, education, and engagement, and inspire a team to deliver high-quality outcomes for children and families.

You'll oversee staffing, budgets, compliance, and safety, while modelling our values and fostering an inclusive culture. A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and leadership experience are essential.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a licensed childcare centre, including leadership.
• Current Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily centre operations, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication.
• Inspire and support Educators and Teachers through coaching and mentoring.
• Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities for children’s holistic development.
• Prioritise children’s safety and well-being, adhering to policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive culture that values teamwork and diversity.
