G8 Education Limited is seeking a Centre Manager for Melton Early Learning Centre, a 90-place facility. The role is full-time and permanent, with generous pay, super, bonuses, and benefits. You will lead daily operations and drive high standards of care, education, and engagement.

Ideal candidates have ACECQA-approved qualifications and at least 3 years in a licensed centre with leadership experience, plus a current WWCC. Competitive salary and bi-annual bonus offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).
• Minimum 3 years in a licensed childcare centre with leadership experience.
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead a team and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily centre operations, staffing, budgeting, and parent communications.
• Inspire Educators and Teachers through coaching and mentoring.
• Design engaging, age-appropriate activities for holistic development.
• Prioritise safety and wellbeing, following policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Foster a positive, inclusive culture with teamwork and diversity.
