Job summary

Mayfield Early Education Melton South is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Centre Manager. You will support the Centre Manager and lead on-floor activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and a nurturing, safe learning environment for children.

You'll bring strong leadership, communication and organisational skills, plus a solid EYLF/NQS understanding and qualifications in Early Childhood. A collaborative, caring team awaits with ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Hold a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor equivalent in Early Childhood.
• Valid WWCC
• Current First Aid or CPR Certificate
• Child protection Training or willingness to obtain.
• Child Safe Standards Knowledge
• Red Nose, Food safety training & SunSmart training or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Centre Manager to ensure the smooth operations of the centre.
• Lead on-floor activities and support the team.
• Demonstrate leadership and strong organisational skills to manage daily routines.
