G8 Education Ltd. is seeking a proactive Centre Manager for the Melton Early Learning Centre, Melbourne’s outer region, to lead a 90-place facility.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, guide educators, and ensure top-quality care and education while maintaining regulatory compliance. You’ll manage budgets, safety, and stakeholder communications, while fostering an inclusive, collaborative team culture that aligns with G8’s values and standards.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
• 3+ years of experience in a licensed childcare centre, including leadership responsibilities.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and prioritise in a dynamic team environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily centre operations, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication.
• Coach and mentor Educators and Teachers for professional growth.
• Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities for children's development.
• Prioritise child safety and wellbeing, adhering to policies.

Your leadership will inspire your team, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, and engagement. We’re on the hunt for an energetic, go-getter Centre Manager at Melton Early Learning Centre to lead our 90-place childcare centre.

This role is offered as a Full Time, Permanent

What You’ll Do

• Manage daily centre operations, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication.
• Inspire and support Educators and Teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth.
• Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities for children’s holistic development.
• Prioritise children’s safety and well-being, adhering to policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive culture that values teamwork and diversity.

What You’ll Bring

• ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role.
• A current Working with Children Check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
