G8 Education Ltd's Melton Early Learning Centre is seeking a dynamic Centre Manager to lead daily operations, coach educators, manage budgets, and engage with families to deliver high-quality care and education. You will champion safety, compliance, and an inclusive culture while guiding a 90-place centre.

A Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education and a CWCC check are required, with at least 3 years' leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma (ACECQA approved) or higher in Early Childhood Education.
• Minimum 3 years in a licensed childcare centre with leadership experience.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with a team and manage priorities.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily centre operations, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication.
• Inspire and support Educators and Teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth.
• Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities for children’s holistic development.
• Prioritise children’s safety and well-being, adhering to policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive culture that values teamwork and diversity.
