G8 Education's Coburg centre is seeking a dynamic Centre Manager to lead daily operations, drive educational excellence and foster a collaborative team culture. You will coach educators, design engaging activities, and ensure top-tier safety and regulatory compliance across the centre.

The role offers a clear pathway within a nationwide network of 400+ centres, with emphasis on professional development, induction programs, and ongoing leadership opportunities within a supportive learning

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education is required.
• Minimum 3 years in a licensed childcare centre or similar, including leadership experience.
• Current Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily centre operations including staffing, budgets, and parent communication.
• Inspire and support Educators and Teachers through coaching, mentoring and growth.
• Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities for children's development.
• Prioritise children's safety and well-being, adhering to policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive culture that values teamwork and diversity.
