Reporting to Kinley management, you will drive safeguarding, compliance with the National Quality Framework and EYLF, mentor educators, manage staffing and enrollments, and build strong partnerships with families to support a thriving

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Previous leadership experience in an early childhood service.
• Ability to undertake the responsibilities of Nominated Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, EYLF and regulatory requirements.
• Genuine commitment to child safety and safeguarding culture.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading, mentoring and developing educators.
• Sound operational and organisational skills.
• Positive, solutions-focused leadership style.

• Providing strong, visible and supportive leadership to the team.
• Ensuring the highest standards of child safety, wellbeing and safeguarding.
• Leading compliance with the National Quality Framework, National Law and Regulations.
• Driving continuous improvement and supporting the service's Quality Improvement Plan.

• Supporting educators to deliver high-quality, play-based educational programmes.
• Developing, mentoring and retaining a strong and engaged team.
• Managing staffing, rosters and the day-to-day operation of the centre.
• Supporting enrolments, occupancy and positive family engagement.
• Creating a workplace culture where educators feel valued, respected and supported.
