Job summary

Kinley Early Learning Pty Ltd invites applications for the role of Centre Director and Nominated Supervisor at Elanora Heights NSW. You will lead day-to-day operations, nurture a positive team culture and ensure high standards of care and education for children.

Reporting to Kinley management, you will drive safeguarding, compliance with the National Quality Framework and EYLF, mentor educators, manage staffing and enrollments, and build strong partnerships with families to support a thriving

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Previous leadership experience in an early childhood service.
• Ability to undertake the responsibilities of Nominated Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, EYLF and regulatory requirements.
• Genuine commitment to child safety and safeguarding culture.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading, mentoring and developing educators.
• Sound operational and organisational skills.
• Positive, solutions-focused leadership style.
