Job summary

seek.com.au's early learning centre in Northern New South Wales seeks a Centre Director to oversee daily operations and lead the team. You will build strong relationships with families and the local community, drive occupancy growth, and ensure high standards of education and care.

The role requires at least 2 years as Centre Director or Nominated Supervisor, and ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Centre Director or Nominated Supervisor.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Current First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis and Child Protection training.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of educators.
• Oversee the daily operations of the centre.
• Manage rosters, compliance and centre administration.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and the local community.
