Job summary

Empowered Little Minds seeks an experienced Centre Director/Nominated Supervisor and Educational Leader to oversee operations, compliance, and educational direction for our NSW service. You will work with the Approved Provider to ensure adherence to National Law, Regulations, NQS, and EYLF while leading a professional team.

Qualifications

• Recognised Early Childhood Teaching or Diploma qualification relevant to the role.
• Proven leadership experience in an ECEC service.
• Strong knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
• Understanding of the National Quality Standard and EYLF.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong day-to-day leadership and management of the service.
• Act as Nominated Supervisor to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead, mentor and support educators to achieve high-quality outcomes for children.
• Oversee documentation, records and compliance processes.
• Promote inclusive, child-centred and play-based learning across the program.
