Job summary

ANZUK Education is opening a new community-focused early learning centre near Adelaide. The Centre Director will lead this exciting project, shaping culture, staffing, and pedagogy within a respected educational framework.

The ideal candidate brings centre leadership experience in a long day care setting, strong EYLF/NQS knowledge, and current safety checks, with a passion for child-focused education and collaborative leadership.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.
• Current RRHAN, First Aid, and Working With Children Check (SA).
• Experience as a Centre Manager within a long day care setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape the culture, team and practices within the new centre.
• Build trusting relationships with families, staff and the community.
• Lead from the floor when needed, balancing structure and flexibility.
• Commit to ongoing professional growth and leadership development.
