Job summary

Randstad Australia is seeking an experienced Centre Director / Early Learning Leader for our Rose Bay service in NSW. You will guide a warm, busy team across Babies, Toddlers and Kinder, ensuring high-quality EYLF-aligned education in a safe, nurturing environment.

You will lead safeguarding, regulatory compliance and daily operations, mentor staff, build strong connections with families and the local community, and drive professional development to support exceptional learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Children's Services or higher Early Childhood qualification.
• Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) and National Police Check.
• Knowledge and training in Child Safeguarding and protection practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead safeguarding culture and compliance with Child Safe Standards.
• Oversee delivery of EYLF-aligned educational programs.
• Mentor and develop educators; foster collaborative teamwork.
• Build strong relationships with families and the Rose Bay community.
• Manage day-to-day centre operations, rostering, and reporting.
