ANZUK Education in Sydney seeks an experienced Centre Director to lead this beautiful early learning service. You will be trusted to manage the day-to-day running, oversee staff, and nurture strong relationships with educators and families while strengthening community ties.

We value people leaders who can mentor teams, navigate tough conversations, and uphold NSW regulations (NQF/NQS/EYLF). An ACECQA-approved qualification and full Australian working rights are required; salary up to 140,000

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience within an early childhood service.
• Confidence mentoring and developing educators.
• Ability to navigate difficult conversations and resolve team conflict constructively.
• Track record of building positive, accountable team cultures.
• Strong relationships with children, families and educators.
• Proficient knowledge of the NQF, NQS, EYLF and relevant regulations.
• ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check
• GECCKO Child Safety Training
• Full working rights in Australia
