Green Leaves Early Learning Centres Pty is seeking a Centre Administrator on a maternity leave contract. You will welcome families and staff, conduct tours, and manage enrolments with QikKids and Salesforce.

You will coordinate centre operations, prioritise tasks, and support the leadership team to maintain high service standards. The role focuses on administrative excellence, customer service, and effective communication, with a strong emphasis on safeguarding and collaboration with suppliers

Qualifications

• Experience using childcare management systems is preferred.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.

Responsabilités

• Welcomes families, children and staff in a friendly, professional manner.
• Conducts Centre tours, assists with enrolments and orientations.
• Manage enrolments and family accounts in QikKids and Salesforce.
• Prioritises tasks and handles phone, email, debt collection and walk-in queries.
• Contributes to Centre Leadership team and supports Centre operations.
• Liaises with maintenance and external suppliers to maintain Centre standards.
• Ensures tasks are completed accurately and reliably.
