Job summary

Green Leaves Early Learning – Kalkallo VIC is seeking a friendly Centre Administrator to support families, children and the team with warm, professional service. You will manage enrolments, guide tours, and handle day-to-day admin using QikKids and Salesforce, while coordinating with the leadership team to ensure a smooth-running service.

You will work 37.5 hours per week, with strong organisation, accuracy, and people skills forming the core of your role.

Qualifications

• Experience in centre administration and supporting families and staff.
• Strong systems skills across childcare software and CRM tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming families, children and team in a friendly, professional way.
• Conduct Centre tours and assist with enrolments and orientations.
• Manage enrolments and family accounts in QikKids and Salesforce.
• Handle phone, email, debt collection and walk-in queries with high accuracy.
• Support Centre Leadership with administrative tasks and liaison with suppliers.
