Job summary

Savills Australia & New Zealand is seeking an Administration Manager to support the Centre Manager at Nambour Plaza during a maternity leave cover. The role blends administration, finance, customer service and marketing to ensure smooth centre operations and a positive retailer/customer experience.

You will engage with retailers and on-site stakeholders, oversee budget processes, leases, and reporting, and contribute to community presence and centre performance during the cover period.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience within real estate, preferably retail property.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Manager with day-to-day operations of Nambour Plaza.
• Build and maintain relationships with retailers, contractors and on-site stakeholders.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, rent collection and arrears administration.
• Coordinate lease administration and maintain records and key registers.
• Raise work orders and purchase orders; assist with budget management and financial reporting.
• Oversee reception and general office administration.
• Collate monthly sales data and prepare reports within deadlines.
• Coordinate Casual Leasing activities: sourcing clients, bookings, payments and site operations.
• Support centre marketing via social media management and website updates.
