Summary:

The Centre Manager for Seven Hills Plaza will oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring high standards of service, presentation, and maintenance. This role is critical to enhancing tenant satisfaction, driving operational excellence, and maximising the centre's profitability. The successful candidate will lead a team, manage budgets, and implement strategies to improve the overall performance of the centre.

This position is offered as a13-month fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of Seven Hills Plaza and Haben House, ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and manage a team of staff, providing coaching, training, and support to drive high performance and professional development.
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing tenants.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, responding promptly and effectively to concerns and enquiries.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities to ensure the properties are well maintained, safe, and presented to a high standard.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on operational performance, financial outcomes, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in property management or a related field, with a minimum of two years' experience in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, engage, and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service focus.
• Sound financial acumen, including experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
