Job summary

The Centre Administrator at UNSW Sydney provides essential day-to-day administrative support for the ARC Centre of Excellence in Quantum Computer Performance and Integration. You will manage the central Zoho Creator database and coordinate with node administrators across eight partner universities.

This fixed-term role offers flexible patterns (0.6 to 1.0 FTE) and a collaborative environment onsite at Kensington, Sydney.

Qualifications

• Completion of a relevant certificate or diploma-level qualification, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and training.
• Experience maintaining data within databases with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication, liaising with diverse groups and colleagues.
• Experience supporting research administration processes and event planning is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to meet operating needs of the Centre.
• Maintain QPI's central Zoho Creator database to record, track and report activities.
• Coordinate with node administrators across eight partner universities to ensure consistent records.
• Assist with governance, record-keeping, and executive-support tasks where needed.
• Support HR, student administration and event planning as required.
