UNSW is seeking a Centre Administrator for the ARC Centre of Excellence in Quantum Computer Performance & Integration (QPI). Your role will support day-to-day administrative operations and maintain the QPI central database built on Zoho Creator, recording and reporting activities across eight university nodes.

You will work with the QPI Operations Team, coordinate with node administrators, and ensure consistent record-keeping.

Competenze

• Completion of a relevant certificate or diploma-level qualification, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and training.
• Demonstrated experience maintaining data within databases or similar business systems, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Well-developed interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills including liaising with diverse groups within and external to the organisation, and to work cooperatively with colleagues across the organisation.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to set priorities and meet multiple deadlines while remaining flexible and responsive to organisational needs.
• Demonstrated administrative skills, including experience in the provision of executive assistance to senior staff, sound financial administration practices, and governance support and record-keeping.
• Sound computer skills, including databases, word processing, spreadsheets and email.
• An understanding of and commitment to UNSW's aims, objectives and values in action, together with relevant policies and guidelines.
• Knowledge of health & safety (psychosocial and physical) responsibilities and commitment to attending relevant health and safety training.
