UNSW Sydney invites applications for the Centre Administrator in the ARC Centre of Excellence for Quantum Computer Performance & Integration (QPI). You will provide day-to-day admin support, maintain the central Zoho Creator database, coordinate across eight partner university nodes, and support governance and reporting.

Role can be full-time or part-time (0.6 FTE+), on-campus Kensington Sydney, with fixed-term contract of 3 years; salary Level 5: A$92,265–A$104,401 plus 17% super.

Competenze

• Completion of a relevant certificate or diploma-level qualification
• Demonstrated experience maintaining data within databases or similar business systems
• Interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Administrative skills including executive assistance and governance support
• Sound computer skills including databases, word processing and spreadsheets
• Understanding of UNSW's aims, objectives and values
• Knowledge of health & safety responsibilities
• Experience in university/research environment
• Experience using Zoho Creator or similar low-code platform
• Experience supporting research student, HR or research administration
• Experience in event planning, management and delivery

Mansioni

• Maintain QPI central operational database built on Zoho Creator
• Support day-to-day administrative services for the Centre
• Collaborate with node administrators and staff across eight university nodes
• Support governance, record-keeping and reporting
• Provide executive assistance to senior staff and manage schedules
