• Be the first point of contact for Central Victorian Branch customers
• Assist customers to identify suitable NAB products and services (accounts, lending, transactions)
• Ensure seamless, accurate and tailored customer experiences across banking channels
• Promote Smarter Banking options and self-service tools to customers
• Participate in ongoing training and career development opportunities
