Job summary

Catering HQ Group is seeking a Central Reservations Coordinator to manage guest bookings across our venues in NSW and QLD. You will answer inbound calls, secure tables at the venue selected, and update guest details from our Head Office in Gregory Hills.

Ideal candidates have excellent phone manner, strong attention to detail, and experience with reservation platforms such as SevenRooms. Hospitality or contact centre experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone manner and clear, confident communication.
• Strong attention to detail with names, dates and times.
• Experience in reservations, hospitality, contact centre or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound reservation calls promptly and professionally.
• Take bookings for restaurants and outlets across NSW and QLD.
• Check availability and record guest details, dietary requirements and requests.
• Confirm, amend and cancel bookings in the reservation system.
