About the role:

Overseeing the guest services communication channels and helping our guests make or edit reservations, this is the perfect role for someone with reservations experience and ideally some event sales experience.

Someone who will relish the opportunity to make their mark and help this already well-established business continue to evolve.

Working as part of a supportive and collaborative head office team, your days will be spent assisting our customers to make or change their reservations as well as assisting the event sales team with follow-up and administration.

The key responsibility of this position is to efficiently respond to guest enquiries and requests across email, phones, and face to face ensuring that our guests get the information that they need, when they need it.

About you:

You are self managed, ambitious and keen to build on your existing experience in a reservations role or busy restaurant.

You havea positive attitude,vibrant personality and willingness to take on new challenges. An excellent communicator, professional and always well-presented with a strong customer focus.

Exceptional time management, organisational, and planning skills complimented by strong administration skills and a high level of attention to detail are required to succeed in this role.

Proficiency in reservations software such as Open Table is required and familiarity with event management software such as TripleSeat is to advantage.
