Job summary

Trader House is a leading Australian hospitality group known for its distinctive venues in Melbourne and Brisbane. We are seeking a Reservations Coordinator to join the Brisbane Guest Services team, supporting Supernormal and Bar Miette with reservations, events and daily operations.

You’ll ensure exceptional guest experiences, build relationships and work across premium venues with a five-day roster and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in reservations, events or guest services within premium hospitality.
• Proficiency with reservation platforms such as SevenRooms or Tripleseat.
• Strong communication and organisational skills in a fast-paced venue group.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reservations and events for two distinct venues in Brisbane.
• Support day-to-day operations of two venues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with front-of-house and events teams to deliver seamless experiences.
• Maintain accurate guest records and coordinate with internal systems.

About the Role

We are looking for Reservations Coordinator to join our Brisbane Guest Services team, supporting Supernormal and Bar Miette.This is a unique role that combines office administration including reservations, event coordination, and supporting day-to-day operations of two distinct venues. Most importantly, you'll ensure exceptional guest experiences.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in reservations, events or guest services within a premium hospitality environment
• Experience with SevenRooms and/or TripleSeat is highly regarded and will set you up for success in the role

• Strong organisation, clear communication and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
