Job summary

Tahbilk Winery in Nagambie, Victoria, is seeking a friendly Cellar Door Host to deliver warm, professional service and memorable guest experiences. You’ll guide wine tastings, assist with retail sales, and work closely with our hospitality team to ensure guests feel welcome from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, customer service or tourism.
• Friendly, engaging and professional manner with strong communication.
• Confident speaking with individuals and groups.
• Basic computer skills and POS experience.
• Interest in wine and regional tourism.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional service from arrival to departure.
• Host wine tastings and share the Tahbilk story with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Create genuine connections that encourage guests to return and become lifelong advocates for the brand.
• Introduce guests to the Tahbilk Wine Club and promote our range of wines and experiences.
• Process retail sales accurately through our POS system.
• Work collaboratively across the hospitality, restaurant and events teams to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless experience.
