Pizzini Wines is seeking enthusiastic Full Time and Casual Cellar Door Team Members to join our team in the heart of the King Valley. You will welcome guests, share our story, and deliver memorable wine and food experiences in a warm, wine-forward setting.

We value hospitality, friendly communication and a genuine interest in wine. Applicants should be available on weekends and public holidays; current RSA (Victoria) is required to work responsibly in our cellar door.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Passion for wine, food, and regional tourism.
• Friendly, confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people.
• Available to work weekends and public holidays.
• Current RSA (Victoria) required.

Responsibilities

• Hosting wine tastings with warmth, confidence and genuine hospitality.
• Sharing our wines, food offerings and Pizzini story.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and memorable guest experiences.
• Driving wine sales through authentic engagement.
• Maintaining presentation standards and assisting with events and busy trade.
