Job summary

dnata catering & retail in Sydney is looking for a proactive Catering Operations Coordinator to link airline customers with dnata’s operations, handling orders, updates and 24/7 communications to ensure smooth daily catering operations.

You will coordinate flight changes, data accuracy and collaboration with internal teams while delivering exceptional customer service and adhering to WHS and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, airline operations, catering, logistics or a similar environment.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders, passenger updates and special meal requirements.
• Manage and communicate flight, aircraft and operational changes.

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Catering Operations Coordinator

to support our airline catering operations. In this fast-paced role, you will act as the key link between airline customers and dnata operational teams, managing customer orders, passenger updates, flight changes and operational communications. Working within a 24/7 environment, you will ensure accurate data management, timely communication and exceptional customer service to support the successful delivery of daily catering operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders, passenger updates and special meal requirements.
• Manage and communicate flight, aircraft and operational changes.
• Act as the key liaison between airline customers and dnata operational teams.
• Maintain accurate data across customer and internal systems.

About You

• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience using ERP or operational systems is highly regarded.
• Comfortable working with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Available to work across a 24/7 roster.
