Caloundra RSL Club is seeking an experienced Qualified Chef to join our team in Caloundra. You will prepare high-quality meals, uphold food safety, manage kitchen operations, and ensure consistent presentation and taste in a fast-paced setting.

We offer a permanent full-time role with a salary of 75,000–80,000 AUD, plus benefits and ongoing development opportunities within a supportive hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Cert III, Diploma of Commercial cookery or relevant Trade certificate.
• 1 year experience as a Chef within Hospitality Industry.
• Previous experience working in a fast paced kitchen.
• Previous experience catering for functions and events.
• Knowledge of all aspects of kitchen operations including fryers, grill, pans and function service.
• Have good availability across 7 days (weekends & Public Holidays).
