Job summary

Caloundra RSL Club is seeking a qualified chef to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining food safety, and managing kitchen operations to ensure excellent presentation and taste.

We value commitment, teamwork, and the ability to work across 7 days, including weekends and public holidays. Cert III or Diploma in Commercial Cookery or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Prerequisites: Cert III, Diploma of Commercial Cookery or relevant Trade certificate.
• 1 year experience as a Chef within Hospitality Industry.
• Experience in fast-paced kitchen and event catering.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality meals and maintain food safety standards.
• Manage kitchen operations and ensure consistent presentation and taste.
