Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service to visitors across touchpoints.
• Demonstrated digital literacy, with the ability to use a range of software and platforms.
• Qualifications in tourism or related discipline are desirable.
• A current Victorian Driver’s Licence, National Police Check and Working with Children check, or ability to obtain.
