Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Strong written and verbal communication and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service to visitors, industry and stakeholders across touchpoints.
• Demonstrated digital literacy with range of software and online platforms.
• A Victorian Driver’s Licence, Police Check and Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide visitor information and customer service across Port Campbell and the Shire.
