Job summary

Trident Services Australia Pty is seeking enthusiastic Casual Retail Security Officers to join the team at Robina Town Centre on the Gold Coast. You will help maintain safety and assist customers while supporting daily operations.

The role involves front-line security, incident reporting, risk monitoring, responding to medical and security emergencies, and coordinating with emergency services. A strong presence and professional presentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid security licence with a crowd controller function.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates
• Reliable, proactive approach to safety and service
• Availability to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
• High standard of presentation and professionalism

About the Role

As a Security Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining safety and supporting daily operations at the centre, assisting customers, managing incidents, and working closely with center management and emergency services to ensure a safe and welcoming experience for all.
