Trident Services Australia Pty is seeking a Security Officer for Townsville Shopping Centre in a full-time rotating role. A $2,000 retention bonus is payable after probation, with a rotating 24/7 roster including weekends.

Qualifications

• A current QLD Security License with valid Crowd Control function
• Valid First Aid and CPR certificates
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A customer-first attitude with strong interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work within a rotating 24/7 roster
• High personal integrity and grooming standards
• Previous experience in regulated environments (desirable)

Responsibilities

Security Officer | Townsville Shopping Centre
We are currently seeking motivated Retail Security Officers to join our team in a full-time rotating role. Trident is offering a $2,000 retention bonus payable after successful completion of probation period.
Roster:

• Monday & Tuesday: 8:30am - 8:30pm
• Wednesday & Thursday: 8:30pm - 8:30am
• Four days off, rotating through an 8 week cycle
• Weekend work required

As a Trident Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing a safe, welcoming environment while maintaining a strong security presence on-site. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service, quick-thinking, and ready to be part of a professional and supportive team. Your responsibilities will include:
