Job summary

Westfield Geelong is seeking reliable, licensed Security Officers to join on a casual basis with genuine opportunities to progress into permanent roles. You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-profile retail environment, delivering exceptional customer service and responding to incidents alongside centre management.

Key responsibilities include frontline service, crowd management, monitoring safety, incident reporting, emergencies response, and supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

• Licensed Victorian Security Licence (Crowd Control & Monitoring) required.
• First Aid and CPR certificates required.
• CCTV monitoring experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Availability to work a 24/7 rotating roster.
• Professional presentation and physical fitness for the role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frontline customer service.
• Respond to medical emergencies and security incidents.
• Monitor safety risks and complete incident reports.
• Assist with crowd management and conflict resolution.
• Support emergency response procedures and centre operations.
