Trident Services Australia Pty is seeking reliable Retail Security Officers for Wynnum and Cleveland across busy retail sites in the Redlands Coast. You will provide visible security presence, deliver professional customer service, and patrol to deter theft while maintaining safety.

The role offers full-time and part-time rostered shifts with paid training, uniform provided, and opportunity to work close to home on local sites in Wynnum Plaza and Cleveland Central.

Qualifications

• Current QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control function.
• Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Professional presentation and high level of integrity.
• Availability to work the advertised roster.
• Driver's Licence and reliable transport (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service
• Maintain a visible security presence to deter theft and ensure safety
• Conduct patrols and monitor CCTV for suspicious activity
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and medical situations
• Apply First Aid and CPR when required
• Control access to restricted areas and loading docks
• Resolve conflict using calm de-escalation techniques
• Complete accurate incident reports and security documentation

Retail Security Officers – Wynnum & Cleveland

We’re on the lookout for reliable and professional Retail Security Officers to join our team across busy retail sites throughout the Redlands Coast, including Cleveland Central and Wynnum Plaza.

$1,500 retention bonus payable after successful completion of probation.

Full-time and Part-time opportunities available

Rosters

Wynnum - Full-time (38 hrs/week)

Week 1

• Monday: 07:30 - 16:00

• Tuesday: 15:00 - 22:30

• Thurs-Fri: 07:30 - 15:00

Week 2

• Tuesday: 07:30 - 15:00

• Wed-Thurs: 15:00 - 22:30

• Saturday: 07:30 - 18:00

• Sunday: 07:30 - 19:30

Cleveland - Part-time (24 hrs/week)

• Friday: 15:00 - 21:30

• Saturday: 14:30 - 21:30

• Sunday: 14:30 - 18:30

• Monday: 15:00 - 21:30

What you'll do
