ForHealth Group in Cremorne, Melbourne, is seeking a Casual Medical Receptionist to join our team at the Centre. You will manage a busy front desk, greet patients, and support health care professionals with administration tasks.

The role emphasises high-quality customer service, efficient data entry, and teamwork within a patient-centred environment. Training and uniform are provided in a values-driven workplace.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills with previous customer service experience an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills including a professional and personable telephone manner.
• Detail-oriented and well-organised.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise duties effectively.
• Knowledge of Pracsoft/Medtech is an advantage.
• Able to work as part of a multifaceted team and independently.

Responsabilités

• Greeting patients and welcoming them into our Centre.
• Collecting and entering patient details into the database.
• Scheduling appointments when required.
• Answering telephone calls and enquiries.
• Administrative support and other ad hoc duties.
