Health & Co is a community-minded healthcare group supporting GPs to care for families across Australia. A Casual Medical Receptionist at our Burwood practice will be a key team member, managing front desk duties, welcoming patients and supporting health professionals with admin tasks.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a busy setting. A neat, professional presentation and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and professional phone manner.
• Clear, friendly communication and ability to multitask in a busy reception.
• Attention to detail and neat, professional presentation.
• Experience with Pracsoft/Medtech is an advantage.
• Teamwork and independent work capability in a healthcare setting.

Responsabilités

• Greeting patients and welcoming them into our Centre.
• Collecting & entering patient details into the database.
• Scheduling appointments (when required).
• Answering telephone calls & enquiries.
• Administration support and other ad hoc duties.
