ForHealth Group is seeking a Casual Medical Receptionist for our Berrigan practice to provide high quality front desk service, greet patients, manage bookings and support healthcare professionals.

This role suits someone with excellent communication, strong organisational skills, and a friendly, professional manner. Experience with practice management software such as Pracsoft/Medtech is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent phone manner and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organised.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and welcoming them into our Centre.
• Collecting & entering patient details into the database.
• Scheduling appointments (when required).
• Answering telephone calls & enquiries.
• Administration support and other ad hoc duties.
